After Kumble's exit, another Karnataka and former India international is in the coach's race

Former Indian bowling coach Bapu Krishnarao Venkatesh Prasad has once again expressed his desires to apply for the vacant position of coach in the Indian cricket team before the 9 July deadline.

 "I've not applied for the head coach's role yet and might not do so before the deadline. However, I'm very much keen to contribute to Indian cricket as an assistant coach or a bowling coach. I can work under Ravi Shastri or Virender Sehwag or whoever becomes the head coach and bring in my experiences as an international cricketer and a former coach." Prasad told Cricbuzz. 

 Prasad, who has played 33 Tests and 161 ODIs for India, is currently serving as the junior India chief selector and his three-year term expires in September this year.

The 3 underage champions, Gauranshi Vashisht won a gold medal under 25 kg category, Rishita Rawat won silver under 32kg category and Siyaa Mishra won bronze under 35 kg category. They were the only fighters who successfully won this championship from Delhi. They got their taekwondo training from STAIRS. It’s Groundhog Day as Arsenal disappointed yet again at the beginning of a new season as did the boss, Arsene Wenger with some questionable decision making. The Gunners extended their ignominious record of losing one of the two opening league games for the 8 th season in a row. After securing a record 7 th F.A Cup with Arsenal as manager, Arsene Wenger signed on for two more years, despite much publicised calls from the Gooner fan-base for his sacking (including flying banners by plane). The Gunners broke the bank for securing Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon for an estimated € 53m, making him the club’s record signing. Arsenal also added to its roster, Bosnian international Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer from Schalke Arsenal embarked on a pre-season tour of Asia and Oceania where they played against Bayern Munich and English Champions Chelsea.
