9) David Beckham vs Greece, 2001

The stadium roared in tears of joy that day when the then Manchester United. youngster David Beckham produced one bullet free-kick in the last minute of the match to help England qualify for the World Cup. Fifteen years down the line, that goal is still considered to be the one which helped Beckham to achieve his stardom.

8) Fabio Grosso vs Germany, 2006

Until 2006 summers, nobody knew how Fabio Grosso looked like. He wasn't considered prominent to be in the playing XI by his coach. With injury problems in the defense line, Fabio finally had a chance to take the field in the World Cup, 2006. A face only known to few, became a sensation overnight after the semi-final against host Germany where he produced an unstoppable curling shot to the far post in the 119th minute of the game which happened to be the winning goal for Italy.

7) Lionel Messi vs Real Madrid, 2017

Barcelona needed to win this El Clasico in Santiago Bernabeu to stay in the League and the scoreboard read 2-2 in the 90th minute. Three minutes of added time and Lionel Messi sent a Jordi Alba pass to the bottom corner of the near post in the final attack of the game. That marked Messi's 500th goal for Barcelona and it couldn't have come at a better time. The celebration of Messi will be remembered for ages. FT: RM 2-3 FCB.

6) Zlatan Ibrahimovic vs England, 2012

Zlatan scored four goals in an international friendly vs England to beat them 4-2. But his last goal coming in the 90th minute was a goal which stunned the world. People were left with their mouths wide open with that overhead kick goal from 30 yards.

5) Mario Gotze vs Argentina, 2014

Coming on as a substitute in the extra time of the World Cup Final and scoring the winning goal in the 113th minute, German international Gotze couldn't have asked for a better fairy-tale finish to the tournament. That goal had everything, from a superb cross by Andre Schurrle to a sublime volley by Gotze. That technique by the little man, though, deserves applause.

4) Sergio Aguero vs QPR, 2012

Probably the best season for Aguero at Manchester City. Going into the last game of the League against QPR, with the same number of points as Manchester United. ManU went ahead in the points table having won their match moments ago same day, leaving City with no option but to win against QPR to win the title. 1-2 down in the 90th minute and 5 minutes added on, Edin Dzeko scored a header to level the scores. In the 94th minute, Aguero scored probably the most important goal of his career till now. Such drama around the league. That's why we love Football, isn't it?

3) Sergio Roberto vs PSG, 2017

Trailing 0-4 in the 1st leg Round-16 of UEFA Champions League, FC Barcelona needed a miracle in the 2nd leg to overturn the deficit. 3-1 in the 87th minute, Barcelona required 3 goals in the remaining few minutes. Neymar Jr scored twice in three minutes. Two minutes of the extra time left and a free-kick well defended by PSG players. The rebound went to Neymar Jr, who sent in a flying cross inside the box. The cross found Roberto who with a delicate touch scored the winner. The Greatest Comeback ever ?!

2) Troy Deeney vs Leicester City, 2013

The most dramatic match football match ever. The semi-finals of the Championship and Leicester City winning on away goals with the overall score 2-2 in the 90th minute. In the stoppage time, Leicester winger Knockaert went down inside the box theatrically and the referee pointed to the spot. Watford fans broke down but Goalkeeper Almunia saved the penalty with his legs. Watford charged down the other end and Troy Deeney hammered Jonathan Hogg's cross past the goalkeeper. Unbelievable scenes !

The group stages of FIFA World Cup, 2014 and two heavy weights face-off. Spain opened the scoring via a Xabi Alonso penalty. What came next was truly pleasing to the eyes.
